The Ruffle Tent Terno is a new variation of our first-ever ready-to-wear terno--and our most popular! This terno is bias cut with a long bias cut ruffle at the hem. Made of 100% cotton batiste in a juicy neon lemon yellow. The terno sleeve on this version is unlined but has a hard tulle ruffle at the top curve to give it the traditional height. And again, there are two side seam pockets. Very limited run! Do not hesitate. This fabric is no longer available from our supplier, so we will not be restocking this.
