Where is my order?
After placing your order, I try my best to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items usually ship within a month after collection announcement. If you haven't heard back from my shop, please DM me on Instagram (@rabbiitonthemoondraws) to inquire about your order status and I'll be happy to look into it for you! 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are currently accepting international orders. 

Returns/exchanges
Things happen! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it gets damaged in transit, contact me and we will work out a resolution to either replace the items in your order or issue a refund. 
 

Do you take commissions? 
I do take commissions depending on my availability. Again, please reach out via Instagram to inquire about my current scheduling.
